Here are the three knife sizes available, approximate blade sizes are 3.5 inch, 4.5 inch and 5.5. inch. The knife kits will have the matte-finished blade with threaded tang, guard slotted for blade insertion, maple or English walnut handle block pre-drilled  and pommel tapped for tang. This is the strongest and easiest most durable way to build a knife that will last. Bottom knife has been assembled and rough shaped, ready for detail work. The small knife kit-$29, medium -$34 and large- $39.

The small and medium knife kits assembled and ready for stock removal.

The same knives rough shaped and ready for detail work. The flint knapper and turnscrew at bottom is a must for every flintlock shooter. It has  tempered blade and a brass (non-ferrous) head to safely sharpen your flint to a razor edge.

The three knife kits worked out to finished form. These knives balance beautifully in your hand.  The small knife will have  shortened tang so that it can accommodate a shorter handle and retain good proportion. Finished knife prices, small-$69, medium-$79 and large-$89. The flint knapper/ turnscrew is $25.

The new tomahawk features a very slim (thin) head profile for wearing in either a sheath or tucking in a sash. The bit is hardened and tempered for rough duty use. The tomahawk kit, (handle, wedge and head) is $29. The assembled tomahawk is $39 with a 14 inch hickory handle. Finished, stained and sealed- $45.

Close up view showing the nicely engraved head(both sides). The rear (pall) engraving was taken off of an original tomahawk and the traditional bow/quiver/ arrow emblem matches the engraving on the Wilson (early English) lock plate and butt plate finial. The deer cape is taken from Karen Caywood's very first deer. ( I had to put that in there...)

I'll get a finished "hawk" photographed today and posted so you can see what they look like. I'll try and post it tomorrow.

Dealers: Call about our wholesale prices on "hawks", knives and turnscrews. We've got a few extra as we just got our castings from the foundry yesterday.
