The big old gobbler is framed quite nicely by the beautiful Miss Karen, redbuds and King's River! One shot at 32 yards laid him down without a flutter. Good first shot on a great tom! The biggest hurdle wasn't calling this smart old bird in, it was getting Miss Karen out of bed at 4:30 in the morning ...and the sitting still part wasn't too easy for her either...she's kinda fidgety! She was one excited little girl though...
