The new knives we are making, with large 5.5" blade,  medium 4.5" blade and small 3.5" blade. The small knife will also work as a neck knife and is still large enough to field dress a deer. The walnut handled knife is not quite finished and is built for a customer using his own walnut, to match his .62 caliber English Game gun and 20 gauge French pistol, all stocked using same blank. There is some variation in handle dimensions as these are all hand made knives, but the parts fit-up is always tight with no gaps. The knives all balance right at the guard and are made with a HIGH quality carbon steel. They stay sharp and are easy on the eye. The blade pattern is the old Hudson's Bay style "roach belly", for the traditionalist wanting historical accuracy. We antique the blades so they look old and the handles soon will, if you use your knives anything like how I use mine. You get a handle material choice of curly maple (as pictured above) or English walnut.
