These rifles feature a double lever, double set trigger. Hammer can be cocked and/or fired with triggers set or unset!

The .45 caliber Southern Mountain Rifle weighs about 4.5 lbs. The .32 caliber rifle weighs less than 5 lbs.. This gun had a nice piece of stumpwood maple and iron patchbox to really dress it up.
